- How long is the rental?
- Rentals are available for up to 6 hours on the day the unit is rented.
- What type of power is required for the bouncy castle?
- The inflatable should be within 100 ft. of a 110 volt outlet. We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet being used and that it be a single breaker.
- Are there any cancellation fees?
- For any cancellation we require 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be refunded or you can defer the rental for another date. Just let us know. If you need to cancel on the day of the event due to inclement weather please advise us before we deliver the unit and we will refund you the full amount of the deposit.
- Am I responsible for any damages?
- The customer is charged the cost of the repair of the bouncy castle if damaged as a result of any negligence on the part of the customer.
- Can the rentals service a large group of people?
- Typically the bouncy units can hold from 6 to 8 children at a time (maximum 150 lbs per person). The waterslide requires one child at a time.
- Does the rental include setup and delivery?
- The cost of the rental includes delivery, set up and take down of the bouncy castle plus taxes. Please contact Amazing Jumpers Rentals Ltd for more information on delivery charges as it may vary depending on the location of the event.
- Can I pick up the bouncy castle instead of having it delivered?
- No. We believe in leaving the dirty work to the professionals.
- Can rentals be extended?
- We do offer extensions to the rental. For additional time we charge $25.00 per additional hour.
- What is your payment Policy?
- We require a 25% deposit to reserve the bouncy unit by e transfer. The balance is due the day of the event via e transfer or cash before we set up. Failure to pay will result in delays and/or event cancellation and loss of deposit.
- What type of supervision is required?
- Adult Supervision is REQUIRED at all times Amazing Jumpers Rentals Ltd. does not supply attendants, you or your designated attendant(s) must be present at the time of delivery. Safety briefings are always given after set up at ALL events; we require a signature stating you have received and understand all operating and safety instructions. Accidents on equipment generally result from
- too many participants or mixing age groups on a unit
- flips and roughhousing
- unit not kept secured. Attendants should monitor the number and age of participants and ensure they’re following rules and acting responsibility. Inflatable stake/anchor weights should also be checked periodically to ensure they are in place.
